Tell us about your experience with our site. When tracking meeting request responses, if the responder selects "do not send response", i can't track if it was accepted or not. Is there a fix to this? I am fine with not getting emails for the respondants if they are not editting anything but Outlook should be able to still tell me if they accepted or not.

There are 2 attendee response properties: 1 the RecipientsList table that has each recipient and their individual response, and 2 the property used in MailTips to say "You accepted this meeting on September 21st. When we enabled the Tracking tab for attendees in the Outlook on Windows client, we discovered that Outlook on Windows was setting only property 2.

We're working on how to detect changes in property 2, and when we detect that change, we will update property 1 so your own response shows correctly when you view the invitation and then updating attendees' copies so your response is shown correctly to others. Good to know.

From below thread it seems that the function that invitees can see the list of who has accepted the invite and who not is already active. Is that true? Also for Windows on Mac? Hello, please see screenshot below. I sent out a calendar appointment to someone and she accepted it. I looked at the calendar appointment on her computer and it says she accepted it. However, I never got an email saying se accepted it and when I look at the tracking for the appointment it says her response is "none".

Maybe time for an Outlook repair? Its possible that the person you sent the meeting invite accepted the invite but chose "Do not send a response".
